What types of keepsakes do you offer?

I create a variety of handmade memory and memorial keepsakes such as stuffed animals, name banners, quilts, pillows and Christmas stockings. These keepsakes are crafted from your sentimental items (baby clothes, onesies, t-shirts, blankets or other cherished fabrics).

Can I request a custom design?

What materials do you use?

I primarily use the fabric or items you provide. Any additional materials are chosen to complement and preserve the integrity of your keepsake. Any stuffed keepsake is made with hypoallergenic stuffing. Patchwork quilts and Christmas stockings are layered with 100% cotton batting and the patchwork quilts are finished with a minky fleece backing in the color of your choice.

How do I send you my items?

Once your order is placed, I’ll provide detailed instructions for securely mailing your fabric or items to me.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes, these keepsakes make wonderful gifts! Let know if you’d like to include a special message. All keepsakes come in a handmade cotton dust bag.

Order Process

How do I place an order?

Simply select your desired keepsake on our website, upload any design details, and complete checkout. You’ll receive instructions for sending your items within 24 hours of placing your order.

How many items should I send for my keepsake?

The amount depends on the keepsake and size of each item. The exact amount will be in the details email.

For example: I request 7-10 baby clothes or 2-4 adult items for keepsake animals. I usually never use all the items, however, having a few extra to choose from allows for flexibility during the design process! Any items I do not use will be mailed back with the finished keepsake.

How should I ship my items to you?

Please securely package your items and label the box with your full name and order number. For easy identification, ensure the name on the package matches the name on your order. You may use your preferred shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), but I kindly ask that you obtain tracking for your package, as Memory & Me Keepsakes are not responsible for lost items in transit.

What if I have leftover fabric?

Any unused material will be returned to you with your finished keepsake unless you request otherwise.

Can you work with damaged or delicate fabrics?

I do my best to handle fragile items with care. Please let me know if your fabric has special requirements, and I’ll assess if it’s suitable for a keepsake.

How long will it take to receive my order?

My current turnaround time is 4-8 weeks after the items are delivered.

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, I offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. For international shipping, a flat fee of $30 will be added at check out.

What if my keepsake is damaged during shipping?

I take great care in packaging each keepsake, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out immediately to: hello@memoryandmekeepsakes.com so I can help assist.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Due to the personalized and handmade nature of each keepsake, all sales are FINAL. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once the order has been placed and production has started.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personalized nature of our keepsakes, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Do you offer memorial keepsakes?

Yes, I create special keepsakes to honor loved ones, using items like clothing or blankets with sentimental value.

Can I include a note or story with my keepsake?

Absolutely! During checkout, I offer a section where you can share the story behind the items you’re sending or a memory. With your permission, I will feature your story—either publicly or anonymously—on our social media platforms and blog with a finish photo/video of your keepsake.

These shared stories help build a supportive community and remind others of the beauty in preserving cherished memories. Whether it’s a heartfelt tribute, a joyful memory, or a meaningful moment, your story adds even more significance to your keepsake.

Do you create keepsakes for pets?

Yes! I can craft keepsakes from your pet’s favorite blanket, bandana, or other sentimental items.
