What types of keepsakes do you offer?

I create a variety of handmade memory and memorial keepsakes which are all listed here. Each keepsake is crafted from your sentimental items (baby clothes, onesies, t-shirts, blankets or other cherished fabrics).

What materials do you use?

I primarily use the fabric or items you provide. Any stuffed keepsake is made with hypoallergenic stuffing. Christmas stockings are layered with 100% cotton batting.

Order Process

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed by securing a slot on restock day. I recommend having the website up and refreshing right before launch time for your best chance of securing a slot since keepsakes usually sell out very quickly.

When you secure a slot, you’ll receive a details email within 24 hours which includes all instructions for sending your items and getting the process started!

How many items should I send?

The amount depends on the keepsake and size of each item. The exact amount will be in the details email.

As for shipping your items, you may use your preferred carrier but I kindly ask that you obtain tracking for your package. Memory & Me Keepsakes are not responsible for lost items in transit.

What is the process of shipping my items to you?

Please send your items within 21 days of purchase. If you need extra time, just reach out!

Because each slot is carefully planned, orders that are not shipped or communicated about within this timeframe may be moved to the end of the queue, which could delay your keepsake completion time.

What does pending status mean?

All orders will remain in Pending status while they are being created. This status indicates that your order has been received and is in the production queue. Orders will move out of Pending once your keepsake is completed and shipped!

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship and do you offer free shipping?

I currently ship to the United States and Canada.

I offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. For Canadian customers, I charge a flat $40 shipping fee for DHL Express Service, which provides the quickest and most reliable delivery. Please note that duties are not included in the shipping cost. Duties typically range from 15–20% of the total order value.

Can I cancel, return or change my order?

Because each keepsake is custom-made with care, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All items are FINAL SALE. Refunds are only issued if items are not received within the required timeframe. In these cases, a refund minus the non-refundable processing fee will be automatically issued and your slot will be released.
