Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Memory & Me Keepsakes are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect address information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the U.S.

International Shipping (Canadian Orders)

International shipping is a flat $40 shipping fee for DHL Express Service, which provides the quickest and most reliable delivery.

IMPORTANT:

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees required by their local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery by the carrier. Duties typically range from 15–20% of the total order value. For the most accurate information, please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs.

Customs Delays: Customs processing times can vary and are outside of my control. This may result in longer delivery times for orders. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential delays.

While I strive to meet all shipping timelines, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond my control, such as weather, holidays, or customs processing. Returns and Exchanges

Because each keepsakes is custom-made with care, returns and exchanges are not accepted. All items are FINAL SALE.

Damage Items

I take great care in packaging each keepsake, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out immediately to: hello@memoryandmekeepsakes.com so I can help assist.

Lost Items

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out at hello@memoryandmekeepsakes.com so I can assist you in investigating the issue. Please note, once a package is in the hands of the carrier, Memory & Me Keepsakes is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
