• Surprise Matching Scrunchie: Each bear includes one surprise scrunchie made from leftover fabric — a sweet, sustainable gift from me to you. :)

How It Works:
1. Place Your Order: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive two emails: an automatic confirmation with your order number, followed by a personal details email from me with everything needed to get started. Please make sure your email is correct at checkout, as this will be my only way of communication.
2. Prepare Your Clothing: Please pre-wash your items and send only the specific number requested for your keepsake.
3. Label & Ship Your Items: Detailed shipping and labeling instructions will be included in your details email.
4. Creation Process: Once your items arrive, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If there are any specific details or design requests you’d like me to include — especially anything you may not have already shared at checkout — this is your final chance before I begin creating your keepsake! When your keepsake is completed, you’ll receive an email with the tracking link.
5. Receive Your Keepsake:Your handcrafted keepsake will be completed and shipped to you! Any unused clothing will be returned.Any unused clothing will be returned with your order.
