• Surprise Matching Scrunchie: As a special thank-you, each banner includes one surprise scrunchie made from leftover fabric — a sweet, sustainable gift from me to you. :)
• Size & Materials: Approximately 9-11 inches tall, this lion is filled with soft, hypoallergenic stuffing for a cuddly and comforting feel.
• Personalization: For an additional $10, personalize your Memory Lion with your child or loved one’s name, birth details or short message using a vinyl iron-on in black or white. Simply choose the “Add On” option and include your details in the notes section. 2 lines max per paw.

How It Works:
1. Place Your Order: Once your payment is processed you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with all the details to get the process started!
2. Prepare Your Clothing: Pre-wash and package your items securely (e.g., Ziploc bags or vacuum-sealed pouches). Please avoid sending items with large stains or holes unless you’re okay with them being part of the keepsake.
3. Label & Ship Your Items: Please send your items within 7–10 days of purchase. When packaging, please label the box with your full name and order number. You’re welcome to use your preferred shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), but I kindly ask that you obtain tracking for your package.)
4. Creation Process: Once I receive your items, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the estimated promise date based on my current turnaround time. I’ll then begin crafting your keepsake! Once completed, I will send you an email update with tracking link.
5. Receive Your Keepsake: Expect your beautifully crafted keepsake to arrive within the stated timeframe. Any unused clothing will be returned with your order.
My current turnaround time for all keepsakes is 4-8 weeks. Please note that variations in timing may occur during holidays.
