• Personalization: For an additional $10, personalize your Memory Bear with your little one’s name and birth details or short message using a vinyl iron-on in black or white. Names can be added to the right foot, and birth stats (including date of birth, weight, and time) or short message can be added to the left foot. Simply choose the “Add On” option and include your details in the notes section. Max three lines per foot.

• Birth Weight: For an additional $40, customize your keepsake bear to match the weight of your little one at birth. Simply choose the “Add On” option and include your weight specifications in the notes section.

Minimum birth weight: 2 lbs (0.91 kg), Maximum birth weight: 10 lbs (4.54 kg)

How It Works:

1. Place Your Order: Once your payment is processed you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with all the details to get the process started!

2. Prepare Your Clothing: Pre-wash and package your items securely (e.g., Ziploc bags or vacuum-sealed pouches). Please avoid sending items with large stains or holes unless you’re okay with them being part of the keepsake.

3. Label & Ship Your Items: Please send your items within 7–10 days of purchase. When packaging, please label the box with your full name and order number. You’re welcome to use your preferred shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), but I kindly ask that you obtain tracking for your package.)

4. Creation Process: Once I receive your items, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the estimated promise date based on my current turnaround time. I’ll then begin crafting your keepsake! Once completed, I will send you an email update with tracking link.

5. Receive Your Keepsake: Expect your beautifully crafted keepsake to arrive within the stated timeframe. Any unused clothing will be returned with your order.
